School information

Tokyo, Japan

Yes International School, nestled in the bustling city of Tokyo and located just an eight-minute walk from Yokohama Station, offers a unique educational experience for children aged 3 to 12. Established in 2016 by Principal Kaoru Takeuchi, our school is dedicated to providing students with the essential skills needed to thrive in today's society. Guided by our core values of Consideration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity, our teachers incorporate these principles across all subjects, ensuring a well-rounded educational foundation.

Our curriculum at Yes International School is designed to foster intellectual growth, physical fitness, and character development. In addition to providing an immersive English program, we also support the students' native language, Japanese, and emphasize the importance of programming as a third language. Recognizing the global shift towards programming education, we are proud to be Japan's only trilingual school that teaches English, Japanese, and coding. This holistic approach allows our small class sizes, with an average of 7 students per class, to benefit from personalized attention and a rich multilingual environment that promotes logical thinking, creativity, expression, and communication skills.
