Soong Ching Ling School

Soong Ching Ling School (SCLS), located in the vibrant city of Shanghai, China, provides a world-class educational experience for children aged 6 to 18. Nestled in the serene Qing Pu District, the school spans 36 acres of lush green land, featuring beautifully maintained gardens and three working canals. Established in 1991 by the China Welfare Institute, SCLS was founded to honor the educational philosophy of Madame Soong Ching Ling and continues to uphold her mission of advancing knowledge and promoting cross-cultural learning.

SCLS takes pride in its motto, “Giving children the most valuable things,” and its commitment to educational excellence. The school is structured into two distinct divisions: the Domestic Division and the International Division, each with a primary, middle, and high school that were progressively established between 2008 and 2017.
